📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the leasing process for premium commercial properties, including tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and renewal.

• Conduct property tours and presentations to potential tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties.
• Collaborate with property managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on online platforms and real estate portals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Generate and analyze leasing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, with a focus on office spaces.
• Proven track record of successfully leasing premium commercial properties.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools such as REIS, Yardi, or similar.
• Knowledge of local market trends and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
