📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide training and awareness programs to the workforce on HSE best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project plans.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities and incidents using software like SAP or similar.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction industry.
• Certification in HSE, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HSE management systems and software, such as SAP or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
