📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to the pawnshop staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and update the company's IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain various software applications and tools, such as Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and accounting systems.
• Monitor and manage the company's IT security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and user access controls.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Document and maintain IT-related procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and implement IT projects and upgrades.
• Provide training and support to the pawnshop staff on IT-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a financial or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
