With 2-4 years of experience in inventory management, you will leverage your expertise in inventory control software to drive continuous improvements in our supply chain operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and WMS systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate and maintain inventory reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in using SAP and WMS inventory control software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
