📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project status, quality, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.
• Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Support the project manager in achieving project milestones and delivering high-quality results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
