📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the clean energy sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
• Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the clean energy industry.
• Prepare and present comprehensive business proposals, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices in the clean energy sector.
• Represent Plus Xnergy Services at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the clean energy or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of clean energy technologies, including solar, wind, and energy storage systems.
• Proven track record of developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
