📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and regulatory bodies.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and budget.,Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.,Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
