📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies,Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings,Monitor and manage cash flow and budgeting processes,Provide financial advice and guidance to department heads and employees,Collaborate with auditors and other external parties as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English
