🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel partnership management or a similar role in the travel and accommodation industry.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing hotel partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with hotel partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor performance metrics and implement strategies.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
