Your daily tasks will involve monitoring equipment performance, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment such as injection molding machines, extruders, and auxiliary machinery.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance shutdowns and overhauls.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance, including injection molding machines and extruders.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles.
