Sumak Turkish Cuisine is seeking a dedicated and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Ubud, Bali. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to customers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent service at the dining area.,Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff.,Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up the dining area and cleaning up after service.,Uphold and promote the restaurant's values and standards of service.,Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to work shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
