Bloom Sky Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Design and implement training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and outcomes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
