📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content for users and customers.,Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product developments.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides.,Contribute to the improvement of technical communication processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
