📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders.,Conduct regular meetings and communications with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.,Monitor and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Coordinate with various departments to address stakeholder concerns and resolve issues effectively.,Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions and communications.,Participate in stakeholder events and activities to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in stakeholder engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or a similar role.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with stakeholder management tools and software is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
