Fast Byte Pratama is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Counter to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations at our retail locations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily sales operations at the retail counter, including processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.,Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Promote products and services to customers, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and inventory levels.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor stock levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.,Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.,Familiarity with retail operations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
