📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/outs efficiently and courteously.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and room assignments.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Manage front desk operations, including cash handling and transaction processing.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly.,Stay updated on local attractions, events, and travel information to enhance guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software and guest management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the hospitality industry.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Lebak, Banten.
