📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of the Kebumen, Jawa Tengah market and customer base is desirable.,Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
