Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and targeted outreach.,Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Prepare and present technical proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and project specifications.,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects.,Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure our solutions are competitive and compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, particularly in the chiller or HVAC industry.,Strong knowledge of chiller and HVAC systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.,Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
