Lingkungan Indra Electronics is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining all necessary documentation and records. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Maintain all necessary documentation and records related to the fleet, including vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.,Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of fleet drivers, ensuring they are qualified and follow all safety protocols.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
