Hub Global Sejahtera is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a passion for building diverse and talented teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
