Moon Bright Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Staff Accounting to join our team in Tanjung Balai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Handle budgeting and forecasting activities.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving processes.
