📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and distribution.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of pharmacist assistants, providing training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication histories.,Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics, such as turnaround time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technology.
