📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the pharmacist in managing the pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.,Oversee the preparation, dispensing, and inventory management of medications and pharmaceutical products.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.,Monitor and maintain the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products throughout the supply chain.,Provide training and support to pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of service.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy efficiency and effectiveness.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to lead and mentor a team of pharmacy staff.
