📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashiering team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial transactions.,Oversee the daily cash handling and reconciliation processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and accounting.,Provide training and support to the cashiering team to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on cash flow and financial transactions to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to financial transactions.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashiering and accounting roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.,Experience in managing and supervising a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations.
