Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner,Check-in and check-out guests according to the hotel's procedures,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable,Handle front desk transactions and maintain accurate records,Assist with event planning and coordination,Provide information about the hotel and local attractions,Monitor and manage the reception area's security and safety🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with hotel or receptionist software,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds🛠️ Keahlian
