📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and financial processes.
  • Analyzing financial records and transactions to identify discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and ensuring their accuracy.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing recommendations for improving financial processes and controls.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's financial performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
