In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical operations and a commitment to quality and safety. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production processes.,Monitor and control production parameters to maintain quality standards.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.,Collaborate with the production team to achieve production targets.,Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure machinery is in good working condition.,Document and report on machinery performance and maintenance activities.,Train and assist junior staff in machinery operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven experience with machinery operation and maintenance.,Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
