📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Process and manage customer orders, from receipt to fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Track and manage logistics costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in logistics processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a must.
