In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, training, and development, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Manage the budget for training and development activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Experience in developing and delivering training programs,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
