Web Seed Dinamis is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time position located in Denpasar, Bali, with a competitive salary package of Rp 21.000.000 – Rp 24.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company hires the best talent.,Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.,Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
