Factory Manager - Aluminium & Glazing Manufacturing (Bali, Indonesia)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage a team of skilled technicians and workers, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of cutting-edge machinery, including CNC machines, laser cutting systems, and automated painting lines.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects and orders.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the facility, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to understand project requirements and provide technical support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aluminium or glazing manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in aluminium and glazing manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
