📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Support the Sales Executive in managing the sales team and training new employees.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and sales practices is a plus.,Excellent negotiation and closing skills.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
