📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the distribution department.,Oversee the delivery and distribution of products to customers.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely and efficient distribution.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to improve distribution processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution practices is a plus.
