📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and implement projects aimed at economic development and community engagement.
• Facilitate cross-border cooperation between government agencies, businesses, and communities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for economic growth.
• Develop and implement strategies for community development and empowerment.
• Manage and monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Organize and lead community meetings, workshops, and other engagement activities.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, economic development, or community engagement.
• Strong understanding of local and regional economic development issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with government regulations and policies related to economic development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
