📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in managing the learning and development budget.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of learning programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of employees.,Support the development of learning materials and resources.,Assist in the planning and coordination of training events and workshops.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Maintain accurate records of learning and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or human resources role.,Strong understanding of learning theories and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
