📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of raw materials and finished products.
  • Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to minimize costs and prevent stockouts.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Implementing and enforcing supply chain policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Analyzing supply chain performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Leading and mentoring the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
