📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis to understand the requirements of each position.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintaining a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Providing feedback to candidates on their application and interview performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.
