📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
• Oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Create and manage compelling content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new insights into our marketing strategy.
• Manage our online presence, ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
