📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes for our products.,Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor quality control team members.,Monitor and report on quality control metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control standards are met across the organization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a strong background in quality assurance and quality improvement.,Proven experience in managing quality control teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
