📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.,Train and supervise new laboratory staff, ensuring they are proficient in their roles.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of laboratory performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.,Certification in a relevant laboratory discipline, such as Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Science (MLS).,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes.
