📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests according to hotel procedures.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Assist with front desk operations, including handling payments and issuing receipts.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services.,Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
