📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Contribute to the company's strategic planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment and talent management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
