📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports to management.,Organize store events and promotions to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
